The human body is amazing. It can do many things. Every cell is replaced every 7 years. We don't pay for are bodies, we get them for free. We make poor lifestyle choices. And yet the body can heal it. I believe that and have seen it in my own life. Belief is important for without it nothing will happen. You have to provide proper nourishment. Combine belief with nourishment and wonderous things can happen.
Do you believe that your body can heal itself? Do you allow "so-called" experts to determine the outcome. Don't give away your power. Claim your power!!!
We're excited! Now that at least half a year has passed since our last video, we wanted to come back and wrap things up. We've also listened to input and questions from group leaders and members and want to make some suggestions that may help you go even deeper the next time through. BTW, you CAN do it in 13 weeks ... You just won't be able to discuss as much as you might like. BUT we really do recommend doing this study more than once in different settings. You'll get different things from doing it as a couple than you will with a group of ladies.I personally especially like Pat's suggestion that you don't have a schedule. Instead, take as long as it takes. Why are we so obsessed with knowing everything? While there's nothing wrong with knowledge and understanding, our insatiable desire to know and control all aspects of our lives often gets in our way of trying new things. There is no shame in not knowing, there is only freedom. An uncertain mind is an open mind. It is a mind which is curious and interested. It allows us to be creative and willing to live in a state of wonder and possibility, like children do. When we meet life with a genuine sense of uncertainty, we cease to project that which we think we know, and we instead begin to see life for what it truly is. It is life itself, unfolding before our eyes.

Inflation Is NOT Just Economic: It KILLS Democracy - Matthew KellyGet Matthew’s 60 Second Wisdom delivered to your inbox: https://www.matthewkelly.com/subscribeVideo Transcript:“One of the most disturbing realities unfolding in our society at this very moment is rapidly rising inflation. Many are saying that there are much more important issues for us to focus on. They are wrong. Inflation is not just an economic issue. It isn’t about the price of gas at the pump, though the media dumbs it down to that single data point (and dumbs us down in the process). Inflation kills democracy. It is not an economic issue. Inflation was the primary factor in the decline and collapse of the Roman Empire. They decreased the silver content in their coins from 100% to 5% in order to repay debt. At the same time, they were increasing their non-productive debt. Non-productive debt is that which doesn’t add to the productive assets of a nation (or a person). What is non-productive debt? In the case of a nation this would include financing war or unsustainable public spending. In the case of an individual this would include credit card debt. These types of debt are non-productive because they are not deployed in ways that add value to the economy and produce income to pay the interest on the debt. The combination of non-productive debt and devaluing their currency by reducing the silver content ravaged the Roman Empire by creating inflation that saw prices rise 1000%. The Great German Inflation between 1919-1923 played a significant role in the death of German democracy and the rise of Hitler and the Nazis. The cost of a loaf of bread rose 80,000%. Hitler’s central promise in his early days was simply “bread and jobs.” And we know what happened next. Less than 15 years ago, Zimbabwe set staggering inflation records with percentages in the billions month-to-month in 2008. Inflation is now a problem in the United States. This is an absolute statement of fact. Anyone who says otherwise is lying to you. It has been a problem for many months, but the Federal Reserve only took action on it this month. This is the analogy to keep in mind. We are chasing a train, travelling at 110mph that left the station 9 months ago. To catch that train and bring it under control is going to take some chasing. Economic policy has been politicized and is now potentially being weaponized like never before. Inflation isn’t the government’s problem. It isn’t the Federal Reserve’s problem. It is everyone’s problem. If you want to do a deep dive into one socio-political-historical issue this year, let it be inflation. The more people who know something about this topic in our culture at this time the more chance we have of combatting it. They may never say it outright, but, as Jesus says in Matthew’s Gospel (7:17), “The bad tree bears evil fruit,” and the fruit of Facebook is rotten to the core. Earlier this year, Facebook, recently re-branded as Meta, removed thousands of options available to advertisers to reach audiences based on many categories, with religion being one of the most affected. What’s actually being restricted? In Facebook’s own words, advertisers will no longer be able to reach audiences based on, and I quote, “targeting options referencing causes, organizations, or public figures that relate to health, race or ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, or sexual orientation.” What does this mean? On a practical level, it means your church won’t be able to advertise its summer picnic to believers in your area. It means Christian authors and speakers can’t promote their books or events with other Christians! Add to that the fact that Facebook’s algorithm deprioritizes religious content and the platform has a history of banning religious leaders. So, with all this in mind, I don’t think it’s a bold claim to say that Facebook hates God. Under the guise of inclusivity, Facebook is targeting Christians and people of all faiths, creating barriers to community and making it harder than ever to share our faith with others. Meanwhile, they are making it easier than ever to spread every type of deplorable and deviant message under the sun. What is lost on many people, is that our post-modern secular culture consistently lumps God and religion in with other categories like politics, race, and sexual orientation. By doing so, they promote the idea that God and religion are not significant or special, they are some among many. NBC’s “Elvis All-Star Tribute” features the music industry’s biggest stars, including Yolanda Adams, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Alessia Cara, Mac Davis, John Fogerty, Josh Groban, Adam Lambert, John Legend, Little Big Town, Jennifer Lopez, Post Malone, Shawn Mendes, Pistol Annies, Darius Rucker, Ed Sheeran, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban. The two-hour program will be hosted by Blake Shelton and pay tribute to Elvis Presley’s “’68 Comeback Special,” recreating the iconic night with musical performances, a showcase of rare footage and interviews with Priscilla Presley and Steve Binder, the director of the original special, plus a special appearance from Lisa Marie Presley.

Is God my Father ... or is He Jesus' Father? Let's take a quick look at this in Scripture (although there are many, many verses about this). Look at the Lord's Prayer (also known as the Our Father): Luke 11:1-4 and Matthew 6:9-13. What does that tell you about whose Father God is? Also read Romans 8:15. What does this tell you about what kind of Father He is? If you knew these kids it would put a smile on your face for a year. They were asked to come together for a reunion video. They've know each other since 4th grade. Each one of these kids have seen unfair adversity at a young age. I mean real difficult situations, each handled it with the maturity and grace of an older adult with wisdom and kindness. They are having fun, the love and comraderie is contagious! Hope for our future!
