In this video, we’re going to talk about the best way to get off sugar. The first question is, why is it so hard to give up sugar? The simple answer is that you’re doing it without your body’s help. When you try to give up sugar, and you still have cravings, you’re fighting an uphill battle. It takes a tremendous amount of willpower and self-discipline.
