-Another 4000 Page spending bill in the nick of time!

Rand Paul is mad about this bill that our employees present to hang us, their employers, with more debt. Why is it that an expense of government is presented at the last minute to be signed by everyone? What have they been doing all year?? Time to get rid of all these mercenaries and create a new government I say!
