Kill Gates is a tax-payer bloodsucker. We pay taxes for killing us (V), Kill Gates takes the V- money and runs multiple "foundations" to aid fraudulent scientists, and then he receives a full tax refund for his charity. It appears that the obidience of people fuels this beast.
