Tonight we focused on healing 56 people with medical conditions with a longer meditation, using heart- brain coherence. Then turned that energy inward, to ourselves for any part of us that needed it :)

Awesome meditation last night. My hands were tingling and felt as if I was holding spheres of energy in my palms. Thank you as well for focusing the whole meditation on healing. I definitely needed that.
