Some very good insights. I am in my forth day of fasting. Loving it. When you get past the third day the cravings go away. If you add the urine therapy to the fasting it accelerates everything.

This is so great for you!! I'm going to do a one day, then try a 4 or 5 day. Thanks Larry! Yes, getting past the 3rd day is key, thanks for that!! Good luck and I'm happy for you!! Dr Group has written great books on this.

@Sharon Leonard: I ended up doin a four day. I adjusted because I am pretty healthy and most of the docs I follow saddest 3-4 day fasts for healthy people. I feel great.
