Nothing, on the cosmological scale, is virtually everything. It is the home of all the invisible fields, rippling with the activity of every real force. Every kind of matter produces a field, the field all mesh in complex ways, often causing interference with other fields. Fields are the "stuff" of the virtual vacuum. A light particle is nothing more than a large interference in the electromagnetic field. Apart from interaction with matter of other fields a field will not be changed in the vacuum. It will not go away; it cannot. Fields are a fundamental part of the vacuum structure itself. Fields in their most quiescent state form the virtual vacuum itself. Even when everything that can be removed from a vacuum has been removed, the Higgs field remains. `"Imagine the entire universe permeated with a constant magnetic field". One need not imagine, for it is true. It is clear from experimentation that certain results appear that are not explainable without the presence of a field. The field consists of an infinite number of one-dimensional North and South poles in an incoherent state- incoherent due to the presence of a multitude of other interfering fields formed by other North and South poles, or particles or quanta. Thus the virtual vacuum is far from empty, far from nothing, it is rather seething with potential energy as the primordial powerhouse of everything in the universe.
As postulated by Einstein in his famous equation E = MC2 , energy is a kind of matter. So even the energy of distant starlight must be accounted for in any holistic view of physical reality. The vacuum itself is literally popping with virtual particles that appear and disappear in the field during instants too brief to be measured. Virtual particles with lifetimes or dwelltimes too short for the name "particles" to be appropriate. As a result the generated fields are always in some state of flux. However, under the influence of a generated Motional Electromagnetic field parts of the normally chaotic virtual field break off from randomness and form a more coherent region. This region consists of a structured portion of the spacetime continuum which by its very nature seems to attract more virtual particles (This increase in particle density has been verified by lab experiments conducted the week of June 19, 1988). This higher concentration of particles develops a warping of the spacetime continuum where negative energy is produced in abundance. The existence of this condition via direct engineering of the virtual state allows for the safe generation of electrical energy. This condition, in essence, forms the underlying principle of operation of the Phase-Conjugated Vacuum Triode. This device, however, produces negative energy which is the reverse of the conventional positive energy generated by all devices in service today. The arc generated by a short-circuit in a negative energy system is excessively bright and cold, producing barely an audible hiss with no explosive force. Melting of conductors does not occur and this type of negative current passes through the human body with only the feeling of a chill. Conductors remain cool under load while only tiny cross-sectional areas of copper are required to convey many hundreds of watts of power. Although all of this seems nearly unbelievable, only what has been demonstrated in the laboratory has been described in this paper. The source of energy is unlimited, the virtual vacuum of space itself structured by a motional electromagnetic field is the powerhouse.

Dubai is a wonderful place to explore in the UAE, full of luxury hotels, glorious shopping malls and endless desert. 1. Visit from October to AprilDubai has two seasons, hot and hotter. Visiting in the cooler months from October to April will offer you clear blue skies, pleasant heat and less humidity. 2. Plan and book in advanceDubai is a popular destination so booking everything ahead of time is best. Plus, Emirates have some great cheap seats when you book 6 months ahead of travel and hotels offer great deals when booking in advance. 3. StopoverDubai is the perfect place to use as a stopover. There are lots of things to see and do for all types of travellers, we will get on to that later, but Dubai is a great place to stopover when travelling from Europe or America to Asia. Book flights on the Emirates website to save money on the extra flight and hotel room. 4. Dress modestlyWhen packing for your trip, make sure you pack layers and reconsider those short skirts or crop tops. Aim to cover up to your knees and shoulders when possible out of respect for the local culture. 5. TippingAnother thing to consider before your trip to Dubai is tipping. Tipping isn’t expected but some restaurants will add it to the bill. 6. Use the taxisTaxis in Dubai are great, affordable and easy to come by. We recommend using them whenever you can - you can even book taxis on the RTA Smart Taxi app. However, avoid just handing over the address of your destination, try to find out landmarks nearby as the drivers don’t always know every street in the city. 7. Being respectfulSomething important to remember whilst visiting Dubai is to be respectful to the local culture. We have talked about dressing appropriately but also remember to avoid showing public displays of affection when around Dubai. 8. Food and drinkWhen planing your evenings, it is worth doing a bit of research before your visit. There are many fine dining options around the city as well as budget friendly ethnic eats too. Western styled bars are available with decent pints and there are many hotels and restaurants offering buffet styled meals too. However, alcohol is not readily available in supermarkets but can be purchased at licensed bars and restaurants which are often attached to hotels. 9. WeekendsWeekends in Dubai are Fridays and Saturdays, so consider this when planning your trip to the city. If you can, aim to visit Sunday to Thursday. 10. Things to doLastly, there are plenty of things to do in Dubai to keep you entertained. For those that love adventure, hire a driver to go dune bashing for a morning in the desert. Head to the top of the Burj Khalifa to experience spectacular views from the tallest building in the world. Shop till you drop in Dubai Mall, visit the souks or take a yellow boat tour around the coastline to learn a little more about the city whilst seeing the famous hotels. Love theme parks?
